End-user license agreement

License grant
Creative Digitals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Krisp+ on one active Windows device per standard activation code, subject to these terms.
Permitted use
You may use Krisp+ for personal or internal business productivity. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording, transcribing, or processing another person's speech.
Restrictions
You must not share or sell the activation code; bypass license or security controls; distribute modified copies; use Krisp+ to violate law or third-party rights; or reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
Components and updates
Krisp+ includes application, native audio, driver, model, and signed content components. Updates may replace some components independently. You must not substitute untrusted models, drivers, manifests, or content packs.
Ownership
Krisp+ is licensed, not sold. Creative Digitals and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and associated materials. Your local recordings, notes, and transcript content remain yours or your organisation's as applicable.
Open-source software
Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Where required, those terms take precedence for the relevant component.
No high-risk use
Do not rely on Krisp+ as the sole record for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions. Review generated text before use.
Termination
This license ends if you materially breach it. On termination, stop using and uninstall Krisp+. Terms concerning ownership, restrictions, liability, and applicable rights survive where appropriate.
Consumer rights
This agreement does not remove statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
