Privacy notice
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This notice explains how Creative Digitals handles personal information for Krisp+ licensing, support, downloads, and product security. Contact mikemolinasalazar28@gmail.com for privacy questions.
Information we process
- Customer name, email address, purchase reference, and internal support notes.
- License status, activation history, seat state, and a device-bound installation identifier.
- Security and audit records needed to prevent license abuse and investigate failures.
- Support correspondence and diagnostic details you choose to provide.
- Basic web request data processed by our hosting and security provider.
Local audio and text
Krisp+ is designed so core audio processing, Dictate audio, transcripts, and local notes remain on the device. Do not send recordings or transcript content to support unless specifically required and you have authority to share them.
Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Provide, activate, release, and support a Krisp+ license | Performance of our contract |
| Protect licensing, services, and customers from abuse | Legitimate interests |
| Maintain tax, accounting, and legal records | Legal obligation |
| Optional communications | Consent where required |
Processors and international access
We use Cloudflare to host public pages, downloads, licensing endpoints, and security controls. Service providers may process technical data in multiple countries under their contractual safeguards.
Retention
We keep customer and license records while the license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal claims. Short-lived security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to your data-protection authority. Some records must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Security
Activation codes are treated as credentials. Krisp+ uses signed entitlement responses and signed update metadata. No internet system is risk-free, so report suspected compromise to support promptly.
Changes
We will update this notice when our processing changes materially and will change the date above.
