About these terms

These terms apply when Creative Digitals supplies a Krisp+ software license directly to you. They work with the end-user license agreement, privacy notice, and refund terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Orders and delivery

Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed and an activation code is issued. Delivery is electronic. Keep the activation code private and verify that the customer email is correct.

One device seat

Each standard activation code permits one active Windows device at a time. You may release the seat in Krisp+ and reactivate on another device. Sharing, reselling, publishing, or concurrently using one code across multiple devices is not permitted.

Requirements

You are responsible for a supported Windows computer, compatible audio hardware, internet access for activation and updates, and lawful use of recordings, notes, and transcription.

Updates and availability

Signed interface updates may be delivered separately from full installers. Native, driver, model, or security changes may require a new installer. We may retire insecure versions after reasonable notice where practical.

Support

Support is provided through mikemolinasalazar28@gmail.com. We do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party application or audio device.

Liability

Krisp+ is a productivity tool and is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, safety-critical, or archival use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

We may suspend or revoke a license for material breach, fraud, or abuse. You may stop using Krisp+ and uninstall it at any time. Refund rights are described separately.
