Installation guide

Before you begin

• Use a Windows 11 x64 computer.
• Keep an internet connection available for download, activation, and signed update checks.
• Have the 25-character activation code supplied with your license.

Download and install

1. Download the current installer

   Download Krisp+ for Windows. The endpoint supports standard resume if the transfer is interrupted.

2. Verify the file when required

   In PowerShell, run Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 .\KrispPlusSetup-2.0.1.exe and compare the result with the checksum on the download page.

3. Run the installer

   Open the downloaded file and follow the Windows prompts. Do not interrupt driver setup.

4. Open and activate Krisp+

   Enter your activation code. One code holds one device seat at a time.

Move to another computer

In Krisp+, select Release this device before uninstalling. You can then activate the same license on another device. Contact support if the previous device is unavailable.

Uninstall

Use Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Some device components may require a restart to finish removal.

Never send your full activation code in a screenshot or public message. Support may ask for the customer email and a redacted code suffix.
